A job... finally!

Went for a job interview this morning with plans of running errands after that. Plans went down the drain cos I started work immediately. Hahah! Frontline job in a hospital. It can be pretty sucky attending to the visitors but I survived. The other guy who got the job apparently couldnt. He quit at the end of the day. Ah well... my meat, his poison I guess.

I clicked with one of the teamleaders fast enough. And since I have no work schedule yet, I declared one myself!

Relief-teaching?!

Worked this morning... nice office. Lots of desks and since it's an open concept, I could hardly miss anyone. Nice people too. Some thought I was a new perm staff there. Kihkih =)

Had tuition after that. I arrived at 6pm and thought nobody was in the house when I rang the doorbell. Tuition boy must be feeling stressed nowadays, hardly a smile on his face. His mom & me are worried too. Aaarrrgghh!

Anyway, my aunt called in the midst of my tuition. Wants me to do relief teaching in a secondary school for 4 days. Didnt mind till she mentioned the subject - Malay! Uh-oh!

National Day Rally...

Burp! Oopss excuse me... just had black pepper steak for dinner.

Mmm let me see... today, Sunday and I'm at home once again resting. Gosh I'm definitely having too much time in my hands. Good in many ways, bad in other ways too. Sigh...

Just finished watching the National Day Rally. Completely forgot that it was today. Caught like 15 minutes of the entire thing. Heehee guess that will make do for now. I doubt I will be able to watch the re-telecast. Never mind. There's always the Internet.

Finally got a part-time admin job. Starts tomorrow. Shall see how it goes. =)

Bumming around

Hmm... my Dearie introduced me to this thingy here. I would say that it's a nice date to start an online diary - mid month.

3/4 day gone and I'm just lazing around at home. Hundreds of resumes sent and mailed out but job search here is rather tough. Not giving up... but at times it can be demoralising. I've been lucky though. At least money is still trickling into my err, hands?? Heheheh.. =)
